At Daelim Parts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items
Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
